Orbital Bombardment should be achievable for the group that is familiar with the fights. We left one tower up - Tower of Frost, and just fight it as usual. WOW Pro Flame Leviathan Guide provides excellent map for the location of those towers.
In addition to DPS, we had Siege Engine kiting Flame Leviathan, Chopper dropping Tar, and Demolisher igniting it. This round, I were launched onto the Flame Leviathan, Take Out Those Turrets and FL went into Systems Shutdown, then the rest are trying hard burning the midnight oil and pew pew it down.
