There is issue that the midsummer quests are not reset yet, but Blizzard is aware of that. I.e. If we have completed those quests last year, we can't do it yet this year until they fix it.
Fortunately, I still manage to collect 390
by running around. 10 more for midsummer set, and 350 for Spirit of Summer.More details can be found here.
